I’m the Iemoto—the head of ORERYU SOUHONKE. “Gouty!” It's a word that makes you laugh when you say it out loud, and makes your back grow a little taller when you put it on your chest. Alcohol is not the main character. Whether it's a day when you work hard or a day when you're lazy, it's a prop that helps you take the stress off your shoulders and pass it on to tomorrow. My style is to wear it smartly as a joke, while always being considerate of my health and those around me.
It's okay to have days to dress up. But in the end, don't hide your feelings and take responsibility for your choices. The color of the word changes depending on who you share it with. When you laugh with your friends, when you think about your family, when you stand alone. As each memory overlaps, this word takes on a meaning unique to its owner. That's why "Gouty!" is not just a phrase you can read. The clothes you choose in the morning, the conversations you have with your friends, the moments you want to stand out in, and the signals that make today's actions just a little more interesting.
