Iemoto speaks about “Thank God”
I’m the Iemoto—the head of ORERYU SOUHONKE. If you can't help but relax when you see "Thank God," these words have already reached you. People don't live their lives thinking only about what's good. Sometimes a silly honest opinion can save the day and break up a tense atmosphere. Laughter is a break to move forward again.
Those who can laugh are strong. When people can talk about their failures as experiences instead of pretending they never happened, they become even more persistent. If you trace the words “Thank God“ one character at a time, there is more than just momentum; there is also distance. The shorter the words, the more space there is for the reader to accumulate their own experiences. That's why I don't take these words as a judgment, but as a mirror that reflects who I am today. Therefore, “Thank God“ is not just a phrase you can read. The clothes you choose in the morning, the conversations you have with your friends, the moments you want to stand out in, and the signals that make today's actions just a little more interesting.
